About Me

My name is Viqi Martin and I have worked as a hair stylist in the hairdressing industry for over 20 years. I have a wealth of salon experience and always keep up to date with all the latest trends and products in the industry. 

As a young girl growing up in Maidstone, i developed interest and enthusiasm for many things, particularly art and fashion. I was also very friendly and had a large social circle, so when i left school i wanted to do something that I loved; something that combined my passion for people, art and fashion. I researched all my options and when i looked at the possibility of becoming a a hairdresser I knew it would be the perfect job for me.

I served an intensive and comprehensive apprenticeship at Graham Webb International Hairdressing College in London and qualified as a professional hair stylist in 1989. I attended their school for a number of years and developed an extensive knowledge and skills in all areas of hairdressing.

Now, after all these years, my passion for hairdressing and styling has not diminished; in fact it has probably become stronger. I regularly attend training courses for colour, cutting and all other aspects of hair styling and have taken part in many fashion shows and photographic shoots over the years.
